I'm a mathematician and software engineer who loves Ruby and the Ruby on Rails ecosystem, experimenting with mathematical topics as well as playing guitar, flight simulation and fishing. I live with my family in Wandlitz near Berlin.

I'm the CTO of trendence where we're working towards meaningful quantification of Employer Branding Quality while building awesome Talent Intelligence tooling for HR professionals. We're crafting powerful insights using on differentiated target group data based our own surveys combined with other data sources.
